The transition to high school from primary is a pivotal point in a young person's life - research has identified this as a 'Danger Zone' for young people at-risk. MYST via funding from the Better Futures program has for the last 4 years been facilitating a transition support program for young people at North Katoomba Public.

This year MYST, in collaboration with Katoomba High, Katoomba North Public and BMCC are enhancing their transition support program with a community art exhibition, which involves year 6 students from Katoomba North Public and year 7 students from Katoomba High.

Art works are on display at the Event Horizon Galley, Bathurst Rd Katoomba until 6 Oct.
